Introducing the New Phase Website — A Fresh Look for a Focused Mission

By Jack Twomey, CTO · June 20, 2026 · 2 min read

We've relaunched the Phase Technologies website with a new design that better reflects who we are and the work we do.

Today we're launching the new Phase Technologies website, a ground-up redesign that reflects where we are as a company and where we're headed. If you've visited us before, you'll notice things look quite a bit different. That's intentional.

Why We Rebuilt It

Our previous site did the job, but it didn't tell the right story. Phase has grown significantly over the past few years, in the breadth of work we take on, the depth of our team's expertise, and the types of clients we serve. The old site felt like it was describing a company we used to be.

We wanted something that communicates clearly: we build serious software for serious environments. We work on platforms where the stakes are high and the margin for error is low. The design needed to reflect that: confident, technical, and direct.

That intentionality carried through to the visual design. We leaned into a dark, technical aesthetic: deep navy backgrounds, a high-contrast blue accent, and a layout that puts the work front and center. We're proud of how it turned out, and we think it's a much more honest representation of what Phase looks and feels like from the inside.

The Rebrand

Alongside the new site, we've also refined the Phase brand. The name stays. Phase has always represented the idea of moving through phases of a mission: planning, building, deploying, iterating. That's still the core of what we do.

What changed is how we express it. The visual identity is sharper, the messaging is more direct, and we've gotten clearer about who we serve and how. We work with organizations where the software matters; it's not a support function, it's a core capability. The rebrand is built around that idea.

What's Next

This site is just the starting point. As Phase continues to grow, we're taking on more ambitious work, expanding our team, and going deeper into the kinds of high-stakes environments where we do our best work. We'll be using this blog to share more about that journey: the work we do, the thinking behind it, and the lessons we pick up along the way.

If you're interested in working with us, or working for us, the best place to start is the contact page or our open roles.

Thanks for being here. We're glad you found us.
